Beers of the Moment

New Belgium Yuzu Berlinerweisse
Fort Collins, Colorado
Yuzu is an odd fruit- citrusy and bold. Those three words: odd, citrus and bold are the perfect beginnings for a spectacular beer. So, our brewers paired yuzu with the sourness of a Berlinerweiss to create this beer-licious Yuzu Berlinerweiss. Infused with pale malt and wheat this Berlinerwiess was acidified with Lactobacillus for a light, dry mouthfeel and tart freshness. Hazy and straw-colored, the yuzu fruit gives that tropical charm to a traditional beer.

edwardsville pizza gourmet wood riverNew Belgium Wild2 Dubbel
Fort Collins, Colorado

Wild2 Dubbel ale, our mahogany-hued autumn ale spiced with schisandra, starts with the floral, earthy notes of fall. Schisandra berries, well known as “five-flavor fruit,” possess all five flavors: salty, sweet, sour, spicy and bitter. This malt-forward dubbel ale is fermented with a Trappist yeast and completes dry and somewhat sour with a touch of bretta. Grab a bottle!

New Belgium Coconut Curry Hefeweizen
Fort Collins, Colorado
This hazy, straw-colored treasure to life. The aroma is bold and huge with coconut and curry tones and a hint of banana from the hefe yeast. With a massive spice list of cinnamon, coriander, fenugreek, ginger, kaffir lime, and cayenne pepper this beer holds a little bit of heat but the alcohol soothes the finish. Coconut Curry Hefe will allow an inquisitive smile on the drinker’s mug.

New Belgium Biere de Garde
Fort Collins, Colorado
New Belgium, and Michigan’s own, Brewery Vivant, each played a part of this awesome collaboration. A bright Biere de Garde with a pale copper sheen, this beer is brewed with pale malt, and some oats for creaminess. Hopped with Sorachi Ace to strengthen the citrus bite from the bergamot addition, the Brewery Vivant Collaboration is refreshing, and strong. A tip of clove from Vivant’s house yeast adds a spice bite to the super dry finish. Enjoy with friends.
$7.00

New Belgium Spring Blonde Seasonal
Fort Collins, Colorado
Influenced by New Belgium's anniversary bike trips throughout Belgium. Spring Blonde is a bright golden ale with a sweet lemony start, pedaling to a agreeably bitter finish.
$6.00

Sierra Nevada Ovila  - Abbey Saison
Chico, California
A respect to the monks’ noble work, this distinctive farmhouse ale is amazingly complex with notes of lemon, pepper, straw and herbs balanced by the tang of Mandarin oranges and a spicy kick of pepper. The Mandarin oranges used to make this beer were locally grown.
