"This is the absolute closest to equal meshing of the wine world and the beer world thats ever been done commercially," says Dogfish's Sam Calagione. Noble Rot is brewed with pils and wheat malts and fermented with a distinct Belgian yeast strain. It has a spicy white wine body and a dry, tart finish.

UCBC Cuvee de Peche – Peach Lambic
St. Louis, Missouri
This sour treat was a blended (cuvée) of peach lambic and geuze that had aged in wood barrels for 5 months.  With a base of German pilsner malt and local raw wheat we added over 500 lbs of peaches from Hermans Farm Orchard (St. Charles) and aged hops for a secondary fermentation.
